See below for a detailed demonstration of the Map Updates process!
Any revisions or additions that need to be made to the map renderings or building labels will need to be done by the Concept3D team. Below are the steps on how to note the revisions in your content management system (CMS) and what we will need to complete an update. Once added to the CMS, contact your Client Success Manager for a quote. All additions to the map will require an additional cost. Upon quote return, map updates can take between 4 to 6 weeks.
What data is needed for map updates?
Map updates cannot be completed without the following information. Accepted data files are Revit Models, larger site plans, multiple page pdfs, etc. Place all data in a zip folder that corresponds with the name of the Location Pin in the CMS. Upload data using the link on the CMS.
How to add Map Updates in the CMS
1. Create a category titled "Map Updates [Month, Year]" in your CMS - include this as a subcategory under the Concept3D category, save and publish.
2. Create a location for each map update needed and add these to the "Map Updates [Month, Year]" category, save and publish. The information below breaks down what data is needed for our team to complete the different types of updates and how to add them within the CMS.
