| Important Note: This feature must be turned on by the Concept3D team before you'll be able to complete setup. If you do not see "Dynamic Label V2" in the Category dropdown, please contact Support@concept3d.com or your dedicated Client Success Manager for assistance. |
1. Visit the Labels Bulk Upload template spreadsheet, click the "Blank Sheet" tab and make a copy by going to File > Make a Copy
2. Fill in your label information (see Descriptions / Legend tab for additional information)
Columns listed in RED are required: Title, Category, Location
Other columns are optional: Abbreviation, Weight, Visible
3. Export the spreadsheet as a CSV by going to File > Download > Comma Separated Values (CSV)
4. Login to the CMS at https://cms.concept3d.com
5. Make sure all categories mentioned in your bulk upload sheet have been added to the CMS and are set to Dynamic Label V2 categories
6. Go to the Bulk Upload tab and select Import Labels CSV File and upload your CSV

- If there are no errors, the labels will automatically be added as label revisions in your Publish tab
- If there are errors, address them.
Note: If there are errors, only one error per row will display in the error message, but there may be more errors. You need to address all errors before the sheet will successfully upload and you may need to try multiple times to resolve all errors.
7. Publish your changes when you are ready to display them on the live map
