Overview
Use the AI Prompt Library to turn your map or calendar content into focused recommendations you can review with your team. Each prompt explains what to provide, what to ask, and how to check the results before updating your Interactive Map or Localist Events calendar.
Use your preferred AI tool. AI tools change rapidly, and results are not guaranteed. These prompts help you plan and review content; they do not give an AI tool access to make changes in your Concept3D products.
Before you start
- Choose one task. Start with a specific audience, content set, or question.
- Gather the requested inputs. A prompt may need a content export, sample records, official website pages, or your current settings.
- Check what you can share. Provide only public information or information your organization has approved for the AI tool you choose. Review exports and remove private or internal information that is outside that approval.
- Identify your sources. Include official links or pasted text and any known dates or recent changes. Do not assume a website is more current than your product content.
How to use this library
- Choose a prompt that matches your goal.
- Open your preferred AI tool and add the information listed under Before you start in that article. If the tool cannot open links or uploads, paste the relevant text instead.
- Copy the entire Copy the prompt block, including its review instructions. Replace the bracketed placeholders with your information.
- Submit the prompt and answer any questions about missing information. Start with up to three impactful findings, then ask for more when you are ready.
- Use the article's Review your results checklist. Confirm facts with the appropriate content owners before making product changes.

Review your results
- Check the evidence. Confirm that each recommendation points to the correct record and a source you can inspect.
- Resolve uncertainty. Keep confirmed differences separate from guesses, incomplete information, and questions for content owners.
- Approve changes in context. Review the recommendations with your team and follow the relevant product instructions before making or publishing updates.
Tips for Success
Keep the first review small. Save the source material and your review decisions so your team can see why an update was approved. If a recommendation depends on a product setting, verify it against current Help Center documentation or ask Partner Success.
