If scheduling a photoshoot with Concept3D, we recommend reading this article to help prepare.
2. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Option
Capture your own 360° photos and send them to Concept3D for upload.
Recommended Cameras:
Best all around for photos and videos.
Great option for photos only.
After capture:
-
Rename your image files to clearly match the location they represent (e.g., “Admissions_Lobby.jpg”).
-
Upload all your 360s as a single ZIP file through the CMS > Upload Data section.
How Will Panoramas Display on the Map?
Once your 360s are uploaded, you can choose from two different display options based on how you associate them with your map locations:
1. Media Library Display
-
Add 360° imagery to any existing map location.
-
The image appears in the image gallery for that location and opens in a media gallery viewer under a separate panorama tab.
-
Best for adding 360s as supplementary visual content.
2. Full-Screen Panorama Display
-
Create a category with the “Panorama” category type.
- A a location to the panorama with the panorama attached.
-
When clicked, the 360 opens in a full immersive viewer on its own dedicated page.
-
Ideal when the 360 experience is the primary focus of the location.
