Below are the possible states a ticket may be in with Localist Register. These states helps you track tickets throughout their lifecycle, from purchase to attendance or refund.

| Purchased | Ticket purchase completed successfully. |
| Pending | Ticket purchase is complete, transaction is pending processing by payment provider. |
| Checked In | Ticket has been checked in by the event organizer. |
| Refunded | Ticket has been refunded successfully. |
| Voided |
Event organizer has cancelled the ticket, making it invalid for use. Note: Any payments made are NOT refunded. |
| Disputed | Ticket payment is under dispute by the purchaser through their payment provider. |
| Dispute Lost | Dispute resolution has concluded in favor of the purchaser, resulting in a forced refund. |

Ticket purchase was never completed. No transaction or payment was made. |
| Refund Requested | Purchaser has submitted a request for a refund that is pending review. |
| Refund Denied | Request for refund has been reviewed and denied by the event organizer. |
