How can we help?

There are two main types of fees within Register:

Ticket Fees, which are fees charged and collected by Localist for servicing the ticket

Payment Processing Fees, which are fees charged by the payout account provider (i.e. Stripe, Authorize.net, or TouchNet) for servicing the transaction. 

Localist Ticket Fee

Localist charges Ticket Fees per-ticket sold: $1.49 + 3.4%

Payment Processing Fee

Register supports three payout providers:

1. Stripe
2. Authorize.net
3. TouchNet

These payout providers all have their own Payment Processing Fee, which are charged per-transaction:

Who Can Pay Fees Options

• Attendee pays the fees
• Organizer pays the fees

Please note:

• Stripe and Authorize.net allow clients to set both attendees and organizers to pay the fees.
• TouchNet only allows clients to set organizers pay the fees.
