360° Tour Features

360° Tours are now sending internal analytics data to both Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4. We hope to use GA4’s new capabilities to better understand how end users and visitors are interacting with 360° Tours. This will also prepare us when Universal Analytics is deprecated by Google on July 1, 2023.

360° Tour Bug Fixes

• Unable to add a hyperlink to a Text Hotspot

• Weird scrolling UI in Tour Builder

• Creating new Tour Builder accounts isn’t using defined feature settings 

• Verify Email email did not send for new user to confirm their account

New Features

Clearer 360° Video Upload Experience

Uploading 360° Videos has a clearer user experience now. As Concept3D allows processing, storing, and delivering longer, higher-quality 360° Videos, we will provide a seamless experience for all. This update helps users understand the current progress as they upload these longer, higher-quality videos.

A notification appears when uploading a large 360° Video that will take some time to process before it is displayed to visitors.
