💡 Tips for Success
Keep these best practices in mind to make your import process smooth and error-free:
-
Make sure your Calendar is configured to match your Map.
If you’re not sure, contact support@concept3d.com for assistance. -
Check addresses.
Every Place should have either a complete address or latitude/longitude coordinates to ensure accurate mapping. -
Save a backup.
Keep an unedited copy of your original CSV file in case you need to revert or troubleshoot. -
Test small.
Try importing a small batch of Places first to confirm that formatting and data mapping are working correctly.
Next Steps
Once your Places are successfully imported, review them in your Calendar to confirm accuracy and consistency. If something doesn’t look right, you can edit directly in the calendar and/or edit and re-run your import.
