As a Concept3D partner, you have full access to updating your wayfinding within your CMS at any time via the routes tab. Is construction happening on campus? Update your route to go around and create the quickest and safest route for your users. Save and publish.
What is Wayfinding 2.0?
Our wayfinding 2.0 is designed to eliminate “navigation frustration” in complex environments, including campuses, venues, and stadiums making them more accessible for all users. The user interface is more intuitive and streamlined, providing a better experience aligned with user expectations.
How to Make Route Edits
If you would like to make any changes to the wayfinding nodes, follow the steps included here.
Updating Wayfinding Description on Front End Map
The Wayfinding description on the Front End can be customized from the Map CMS. Partners that have specific instructions they wish to communicate to their end users can use this description field to do so. There is a 160 character limit.
1. Go to the Options tab in the map CMS.
2. Enter custom text in the Wayfinding Help Text field.
3. Save and Publish changes!
Updating the Accessible Routes Toggle on Front End Map
The 'Show Accessible Routes' toggle on the Front End can be customized from the Map CMS. There is a 40 character limit.
1. Go to the Options tab in the map CMS.
2. Enter custom text in the Accessible Routes Toggle field.
3. Save and Publish changes!
