Platform Admins can review, filter, export, and remove user accounts from Users > All Users.
Who can manage users?
Required role: Platform Admin
Find the users you need
- In Localist Admin, go to Users > All Users.
- Use the available filters to narrow the list:
- Status: All, Pending, Verified, or Unverified
- Created Date: a date range for when accounts were created
- Last Login: a date range for the user most recently signed in
- Review the results. The Last Login column helps identify inactive accounts.
Add a user
Use +Add User to create an account for one person at a time. Localist does not support bulk user creation.
- In Localist Admin, go to Users > +Add User.
- Complete the new-user form and assign only the access and permissions the person needs.
- Select Save Changes.
Before saving, review the role and permissions for the new user. See Modern User Roles & Permissions Management to choose the appropriate access.
To update an existing account instead, go to Users > All Users and select that user.
Delete one user immediately
- From Users > All Users, find the account.
- Select the user in the list and choose the delete action.
- Review the confirmation details, then confirm again.
Once an individual deletion has been processed, it cannot be undone.
Schedule a bulk deletion
- Apply filters via the Refine Results component and verify that the resulting list includes only the intended accounts.
- Select users with the row checkboxes, or use the select-all checkbox for the filtered set.
- Choose the bulk delete action.
- Review the count and confirm the selection.
- Confirm once more to schedule the deletion.
Bulk deletions are scheduled for midnight on the following day. The confirmation view reports how many accounts were selected and identifies any users that could not be removed.
Review scheduled and completed deletions
- You can cancel a scheduled deletion before it runs.
- When processing finishes, Localist displays a completion summary with deleted and skipped accounts.
- Users with active ticket records may be skipped.
Before you confirm
- Export the user list if you may need a record of the accounts.
- Check your filters, sort order, and selected count.
- Use a small test selection before scheduling a large cleanup.
- Remember: processed deletions cannot be reversed.
