Once you've logged into the Room Reservations main menu, you'll see the options to search for a space along the top of the dashboard. If you already know the space you're looking for, you can choose it from the list on the left to get started.
Search Options
You can tailor your search using the following filters:
Space Type
Looking for a specific kind of room? Use this dropdown to narrow your search by Space Type — like Lecture Hall, Conference Room, or Event Space.
Note: Only Space Types that have been added to the platform will appear here.
Date & Time
Use the mini-calendar and dropdowns to select and apply:
Reservation date
Start and end time
Number of Guests
Enter the expected number of attendees to find spaces that can accommodate your group.
This helps eliminate rooms that are too small or too large.
Applying Filters
Clicking the Filters button on the Rooms Admin main menu will open a new menu where you can make your selections based on what's allowed or not allowed in that Space.
From here, you can search and filter by:
Building Name or Address
Noise Level – Silent, Quiet, Loud
Food & Beverage Allowed
Alcohol Allowed
