Once you're logged into the Room Reservations dashboard, click My Reservations in the top right corner to see a list of all your reservation requests.
What You'll See
Your reservations will be grouped into the following categories:
Upcoming – Approved reservations that have not yet occurred
Pending – Requests that are still awaiting review or approval
Past – Previously approved reservations that have already taken place
Rejected – Requests that were denied; these cannot be resubmitted
Click any reservation to view:
All your submitted responses
Date/time of the request
Its current status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Rejected)
Answers to any customers questions
Email Notifications
You'll also receive email updates when your reservation status changes. Here are examples of each:
