Custom tracking scripts allow you to measure visitor behavior, connect with your analytics tools, or trigger marketing events directly within your tour. While you can’t add the script yourself, our team can add it for you on your behalf.
This article explains how to request a script installation and what you need to know before getting started.
How It Works

You provide your Partner Success Manager (PSM) with the script you want installed. Include the following details:
The Account Name/ID where the script should be applied (if you have more than one).
Confirmation that this is the only script you want applied (since only one can be active per tour).
Our team will add the script to your tour for you.

Tips for Success
✅ Test your script first in another environment (if possible) to make sure it’s working as expected before sending it over.
⚠️ Only one script per tour – if you’d like to change or replace it later, let your PSM know and we’ll update it.
