The Tour Builder Media Library stores media for use throughout your tour. Upload media here before assigning it to a tour stop, and use search to find items already in the library.

The library breaks media down by type: Panoramas, Images, Videos, Audio Tracks, 360º Videos, and Icons. Select a type to view and manage those assets.

Upload media

1. In Tour Builder, select Media Library.
2. Select the media type you want to manage, then select Upload New.
3. In the upload window, complete the fields that remain visible before you enter any information:
   • Panorama Title (internal): enter an internal name that helps your team identify the panorama.
   • Alternative Text (required): describe the media for people using screen readers.
   • Caption (optional): add visitor-facing context when it is useful.
4. Add the media file and select Save To Library.

Edit a media item

1. In Media Library, select the media item you want to update.
2. Update its Panorama Title (internal), Alternative Text (required), or Caption (optional) as needed.
3. Select Save. The saved status confirms the update.

Alternative text

Alternative text is required. Write a concise, meaningful description of what the media shows, including details that are useful for understanding the tour stop. Do not use file names or phrases such as “image of” unless they add context.

Videos

Videos must be hosted on Vimeo or YouTube. Add a public or unlisted video link, enter its internal title and alternative text, then save it to the library.
