Sharing your tour gives visitors a public link or embed. Anyone with the link can view the tour with no login.
The public URL shows the last published version. Unpublished edits stay private in Tour Builder. Publish first so what you share is accurate, then copy the link from the Share tab.
Find it in Tour Builder
Open the tour and select the Share tab. This is not the same as Publish in the header. Publish makes changes live. Share is the public link and embed code.
Publish, then share
- Finish your edits to the tour and to any stops you changed.
- Open Publish in the header and publish the tour and any edited stops. Stop content and tour changes publish separately. See Publish in Tour Builder: Stops vs Tours.
- Open the tour and go to the Share tab.
- Copy the Share Link or the Embed iframe code.
To check the tour before it is live, use How to Preview Your 360° Tour. Preview is not the public URL.

If the tour is not published yet
If the tour has never been published, there is no public share URL yet. You will see: "This tour is unpublished. Please publish your tour to produce a share url."
If you have unpublished changes
The Share tab warns: "There are unpublished changes that are not visible using public share urls." Visitors still see the last published version until you publish again.
Copy the link or embed
- Open the tour and select Share.
- Choose Media View or Map View if you want the link to open on media or on the map.
- Choose a language if the tour has translations.
- Select Copy next to Share Link or Embed iframe.

Tips for Success
- Publish stop content and tour membership before you copy a link. A new photo is a stop publish. Adding a stop to the tour is a tour publish.
- If the Share tab says there are unpublished changes, go to Publish in the header first.
- Preview is for you. The Share link is for visitors.

I copied the share link. Why don't visitors see my latest edits?
The public URL only shows published changes. Open Publish in the header and publish the tour and any edited stops, then share again.
Where did Share & Publish go?
Publish is in the Tour Builder header. Share is a tab inside the tour. Publish first, then copy the link from Share.
Is Preview the same as the share link?
No. Preview is in Tour Manager and is for checking the tour. The share link is the public URL visitors use.
Why is there no share URL?
The tour has never been published. Publish it first, then return to the Share tab.
