The Publish page is where unpublished changes wait until you send them live. Stop content and tour changes publish separately. Visitors do not see a change until you select it here and click Publish.
Publish a stop once to update every live tour that uses it. Publish a tour when you add, remove, or reorder stops, or change tour settings.

How does publishing work?
Two kinds of changes
The Publish page has two sections:
- Tours: settings, stop order, and membership (which stops are in the tour). Stop content publishes separately, in the section below.
- Stops: the stop itself (name, media, description, hotspots, additional media). Stops must be published separately from tours before that content goes live.

What each row shows
- A pending count at the top: 1 pending change or N pending changes.
- A New chip if the stop or tour has never been published.
- A Deleted chip if it is waiting to be removed from the live tour.
- Never published or last published dates, plus who changed it when that is available.
If nothing is waiting, the page says Everything is published.
Publish changes
- Open Publish in the header.
- Select the stops and tours you want to send live. Use Select all or Clear as needed.
- Select Publish (or Publish N changes).
- Confirm. Changes go live immediately. This cannot be undone.
Publish a stop and a tour together when you need to
If a tour uses a stop that has never been published, select that stop too. Otherwise you will see a warning to select it in the Stops section so it can go live with the tour.
Tours with no stops cannot be published.
Revert unpublished changes
- Select the stops and tours whose unpublished edits you want to undo.
- Select Revert selected.
- Confirm with Revert changes, or choose Keep editing to stay as you are.
Revert only affects unpublished work. It does not change what visitors already see.
If it was never published
If a stop or tour has never been published, reverting deletes it. The confirm message says so, and that cannot be undone.
Warnings you might see
The page will block or warn you when a selection cannot go live as-is:
- Some tours cannot be published until their stops are published. Select those stops in the Stops section, or publish the stops first.
- Some tour stops will not go live until you publish them. Publishing the tour does not publish stop content.
- Some stops can't be deleted until you publish the tours still using them. Publish those tours first, or select the tours and the stop together.
- Tours with no stops cannot be published. Add a stop, then publish the tour.
You can open Changes on a row to see what will go live, then Hide changes to close that list.
Share vs Publish
The Share tab inside a tour is for the public link and embed code. It does not send changes live.
Unpublished changes are not visible on public share URLs and embeds. Publish first, then copy the link from Share.
If a tour has never been published, there is no public share URL yet.

I published the tour. Why don't visitors see the new photo?
Stop content publishes separately. Open Publish and publish the stop.
I added a stop to a tour. Why isn't it live?
Adding a stop changes tour membership. Publish the tour. If that stop has never been published, select the stop too.
Does publishing a stop update every tour that uses it?
Yes, every live tour that already includes that stop. Tours you have not added it to yet are unchanged until you add it and publish those tours.
Can I publish some changes and leave others unpublished?
Yes. Only the rows you select are published. Everything else stays in the pending list.
What does Revert selected do?
It throws away unpublished edits and restores the last live version. If the stop or tour was never published, revert deletes it.
Who can publish?
People with publish permission. If you cannot, you will see: "You don't have access to publishing. Publishing is available to accounts with publish permission. Ask an account admin to update your role."
