How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by clicking your profile dropdown in the upper right corner and clicking settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account. If you have questions contact Support, at flippedapp_support@concept3d.com.
How do I sign up for the scholarship?
Simply by creating and publishing a FlippedApp account you are entered into the scholarship. Restrictions and eligibility rules may apply, read the full scholarship rules at https://get.flippedapp.co/flipped-app-scholarship-rules.

How does FlippedApp work?
FlippedApp is flipping the script when it comes to college admissions. FlippedApp works by connecting college admissions directly with you based on what makes you unique.
- Create your profile. The more information you provide, the easier it is for admissions to discover you.
- Sit back and relax. College admissions contact you if you’re a good fit.
- Direct contact. Chat directly with college admissions officers that will help any questions you have.
Why do you need my phone number?
We use email and text messages to alert you when an admissions officer wants to speak with you. We only send text messages when it’s important.
I can’t find my high school
We do our best to support all high schools but we may not have everything in our system. You can select ‘I can’t find my school’ to select an option. The field is also optional and you may leave it blank.
Why are there so many questions?
We know applying for college can be overwhelming, but it’s important to tell us as much as you can about you. The more information you provide, the more ways we can match you with the right college or university.
How will admissions contact me?
Admissions officers will reach out to you directly in FlippedApp. We will send you emails and a text message to your phone (if you’ve given us your phone number) to alert you when a school has reached out.
What do I do once I log in?
Once you’ve created your account and filled out as much information as possible. Sit back and relax! A few recommendations to be successful:
- Be sure that you’ve added and validated your phone number so that you can receive SMS text messages when an admissions officer contacts you
- Check your email! We’ll send you emails from time to time to make sure you’re set up for success.
- Log in to the application often. We’re coming out with new functionality every day and there will be new and exciting things to do.
I am unable to view messages
If you are unable to view chat messages, there may be the following issues:
- If there is an error code in the chat page, share the code with support.
- Error code 800210 is most common and typically means there was a network connectivity issue, or your firewall, browser/device settings are too strict and not allowing for the component to load.
- Check your browser settings and make sure there are no plugins that may be blocking the application.
